The room was awesome, clean, and tidy, with a nice TV and bathroom. Bassem & Amar gave me the best service. Definitely recommend.

We felt unsafe here, and the place seemed very sketchy, with escorts coming and going. A taxi driver who brought us back from an outing told us some horrible stories about it too. The rooms were old, dusty, and run down. They kept our $200.00 deposit because two friends from the room beside ours came into our room while we were getting ready to go out together. There are cameras everywhere, and within minutes the front desk called and yelled at us. The staff were rude, unfriendly, and ignored our concerns. This place stole our deposit. It felt like a total scam, and the experience was horrible. Avoid it if you can. Run for the hills.

The first employee I spoke with was polite and said a refund wouldn’t be a problem. I’d only been settled in for about ten minutes when he came in and said something was wrong with the washroom, then asked me to change rooms. I agreed, but the next room had a broken fridge and cigarette butts in the bathroom sink drain. I was upset and asked the front desk for a refund. The manager refused and tried to put me in a third room. I called booking.com, and they said they would contact the hotel to arrange a cancellation and return my $304.00. I handed my phone to the employee, who passed it to the manager. He gave the phone back and slammed the office door in my face. booking.com later said the hotel refused to refund me. I also asked to speak to the owner and was refused. The manager was extremely rude. Worst experience ever.

I booked through Bookings.com, but when I arrived at 1am they made me wait an hour for a room, claiming they hadn’t received the payment from the website. The front desk man got rude and impatient when we asked for an update. They returned the deposit but kept the $200 for the room, even though we never got to sleep there because of what happened. After 1.5hr we decided to leave. They wanted us to come back as we got into the car, but we refused. My credit card company doesn’t want to reimburse me either.
