I called to ask about the nightly rates for a week, since our dates were flexible and I was trying to find the best price. The person on the phone said he was "confused" about why I wanted the rates for each night, then asked where I was calling from. I said I didn't see why that mattered, and he reluctantly gave me the prices. When I checked whether that covered two queen beds, he said it would be $10 more per night. I thanked him, and he hung up on me. He needs a lesson in manners and customer service.

We chose this hotel while in town for work, and what we saw in person was even better than the online photos, from the rooms to the rest of the hotel. The place felt like new, and the rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were friendly and always available to help. I highly recommend it.

Whenever I'm in town, I stay here. The staff are super friendly, the rooms are very clean, and the beds are really comfortable. Breakfast is available from as early as 6 am.

The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and really spacious. The service stood out most, with all the hotel staff being warm and attentive, especially Anu.
