That little welcome gift and basket of treats was such a sweet touch, and we even had safe, private parking for our vehicle. The room was spotless, and the shower was amazing. We stayed one night with our family, and the hospitality was so good that I want to book bed and breakfasts from now on. My daughter had a great time playing with their very sweet Labradoodle. I’d highly recommend staying here, and be sure to visit beautiful Pelee Park too.

The owners came into our unit after only a couple of seconds of knocking to tell us to leave at 10:45 am, despite the stated noon checkout time. It felt rude and unprofessional. We were also greeted by dogs that kept barking and left the basement unit smelling bad. The Expedia check-in and checkout instructions are in the attached picture. I wouldn't recommend renting these accommodations.

The evening sky was hot pink from the greenhouses, which made our time in Leamington even more memorable. Nicklin House is beautifully and tastefully decorated. We had the best two-night stay, easily a 12 out of 10 if that were possible. Leamington is a lovely place to visit.

We had everything we could need, including extra creams and bathrobes for use. The room was thoughtfully put together down to the smallest details, with a lovely wine nook and a packed picnic bag ready for a lakeside beach outing. The hosts were fantastic and easy to reach whenever we needed help, or wanted suggestions for local places to visit and restaurants.

The sitting room was a lovely spot to settle in with a book, and they have some books available if you ask. The shared kitchen is beautiful, and the neighborhood is quiet with plenty of amenities. This is a gorgeous, very clean historic house, decorated with antiques that are clearly well cared for. The friendly, attentive husband and wife live on site and run the B&B. Their three adorable dogs weren't a bother at all. It's very close to Point Pelee National Park, and I'd stay again.
