We’ve lived here for about 6 months, and it’s been great from day one. Everyone has been welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The building has great amenities and is in a perfect location. We love walking downtown while still having the quiet, peaceful feel of the James Bay neighborhood. The building is very quiet, and the neighbors we’ve met have been kind and respectful. Whenever we’ve had an issue or needed maintenance, the team has responded quickly and taken care of it. We’re very happy living here!

The location is fantastic, and the management team is friendly, knowledgeable, and really on top of things. After some bad experiences with previous rentals, The James has made me feel safe, secure, and supported as a renter. I’m definitely grateful to call this place home!

One of the biggest surprises has been how quiet the building is. Apartment living isn’t always like that, but it’s been a dream here. The view is amazing too, especially the gorgeous sunsets from the south-facing side. The James is a fantastic place to call home, with a wonderful management team keeping the building running smoothly. There are so many amenities you might not feel like going out, and the surrounding area is incredibly walkable, with lots to explore nearby.

I love the hot tub and steam room, they’re such a treat. The facilities are clean and really well maintained, and the management team is helpful and workable. Everyone, both residents and the team, is kind and friendly. The location is so good that I hardly drive my vehicle now. My neighbours are fabulous, and I already feel like I’ve made new friends. It feels secure and safe here, and I’m happy to be here.

Living at The James is awesome. I’ve rented my whole life and never had such a positive experience as a tenant. The communication is excellent, and the team is always available to help. My suite is great, I feel like I got the best one, and the facilities are fantastic. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
