The suite layout is nice and it’s a cute building, but the soundproofing is terrible. I’m living here now, and the upstairs neighbors walk around, talk and do laundry until 2 a.m. We hear all of it in detail. If you get quiet neighbors, the building and location are fabulous. If not, you won’t sleep, like us.

The floors have really bad soundproofing. You can literally hear your neighbors snoring, along with all the other sounds. If you need quiet, this probably won’t work unless you get a unit on the top floor.

Paul & Jasmine went above and beyond to make guests happy. It’s a fantastic place to stay in Victoria, modern, safe, well stocked and very well kept.

We’ve been staying here for a few weeks and have enjoyed the location. It’s in Chinatown, near the harbor walks and close to downtown.

A lovely three-year-old building right in downtown, in the heart of Chinatown. I manage two vacation rental suites here.
