Best Western Premier Denham Inn & Suites

I loved the walk-in shower, with its handheld wand, shower head, and two extra jets. The king suite was spacious and very comfortable, with a good bed, a sofa bed, and a couple of chairs. Everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I only wish the lobby had an espresso machine like the one in Hinton. Alberta Best Western Plus! I stayed for two nights in a Walk-in Shower | Suite-1 King Bed.

Our wedding group brought a lot of business, around 15 to 20 rooms' worth, but the hotel didn't handle our block well. We reserved eight rooms about six to eight months ahead and expected them together. Instead, guests were spread across different floors and both sides of the hotel. The hockey tournament guests were on the same floor as some of our group, and kids played loudly in the hallway. It was louder than our bridal party, which was unacceptable. We had asked for the largest room for the bride and groom, so we could use it for her and the bridesmaids to get ready. They gave us one of the smallest rooms, while some family and friends had rooms three times the size. Fortunately, one bridesmaid got a larger room and we moved there, but that missed the point. The tower has the larger rooms, and apparently they cost the same, so ask for that when booking. The pricing felt sneaky and greasy. I'm very unhappy with how the hotel handled a large party. Please do better: if people block rooms and request them on one floor, keep them together, and don't give someone who requested the biggest room a shoebox. I hope Best Western learns from this.

Andriana arranged a great rate and a lovely breakfast for our school volleyball group. Our students really liked the hotel, and it worked well for a group booking. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were friendly, and there were several places to eat within walking distance. Thanks for a great stay, I'd highly recommend it.

Adriana, the events manager, was wonderful. She came in on her day off to help us and was kind and personable. The space was beautiful, and the hotel offered a lot for the money. My fiancée and I considered getting married here. Since our wedding was in Calgary rather than Edmonton, we didn't book it, but if it had been in Edmonton, we definitely would have. 10/10, and a big shoutout to Adriana. I'd recommend Best Western Denham!
