Comfort Suites London

The room was fine, with a decent-sized mini fridge, but the TV was awkwardly placed in the corner and didn't swivel. Housekeeping bagged our garbage and left it on the bathroom counter, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. The Wi-Fi was awful, which was especially frustrating since cell service in the area isn't great. Breakfast was decent, though. They did let everyone stay in the breakfast area after checkout to watch the Olympic gold medal hockey game. Good on them for that.

There are plenty of places to get food nearby, most within walking distance. Breakfast was good too, with eggs, sausages, fruit, toast, waffles, yogurt, muffins, oats, jam, coffee, and juice. The rooms were very clean and the furniture was new. Reetanshu at the front desk deserves a shout-out. She was professional, great at her job, and went above and beyond to make sure the service was excellent. Really recommend this guest house, and I'll use them again. P.S. They said to call directly for the best rates.

Ritanshu really stood out during my stay. She was friendly and professional, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was right. The hotel itself was comfortable, very clean, and well kept throughout. I had a great experience at Comfort Suites and would recommend it to anyone looking for welcoming service and clean rooms. I'll be back on my next visit.

We’ve been staying here for a few years, and since the change from Quality Inn Suites to Comfort Inn, they’ve redone all the rooms. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are nice. It’s easy to get to, and the small exercise room has everything you need. There’s free breakfast in the morning too. I recommend it.
