Hard Rock Hotel London Ontario

The hotel itself is beautiful, and our two-year-old had plenty to do without us even leaving the building, between the children’s museum, The Factory, restaurants, and shops. We also loved having access to the guitar and vinyl selection, such a cool and unusual touch. Carson greeted us when we pulled up, made a great first impression, brought our bags and us to the room, and helped us settle in with all the information we needed. I felt like a rockstar, lol. After an evening swim, we returned one night to find the room tidied, boxes of caramel corn on the bed, and the fireplace channel on the TV. I’d never had turn-down service before, and it was a lovely surprise. The toddler-sized robe was adorable too. Just got home from two nights, and already looking forward to coming back.

The rooms are gorgeous, the beds super comfortable, and the customer service was 10/10. There’s so much to do that you need a full weekend for it all: golf simulations, theatre room, arcade, virtual reality, rope course, mini put, pool, and endless food and drink options. WOW, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Can’t wait to bring my kids back!

The old Kellogg factory connects to the hotel and gives you loads of family activities and ways to bring friends together. We parked on Friday in absolutely freezing weather and then had no reason to step outside again before checkout. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels and resorts across North America, but I always look forward to returning to the Hard Rock in London. The staff are truly welcoming and caring, and the hotel is beautiful, blending the original building with newer design. I’d recommend it to people visiting friends, family, students, or just taking a getaway. We’ll be back again and again.

The staff are friendly and answer questions throughout the different areas of the hard rock hotel. We enjoyed spotting the little details they add over the year. Good drinks, plenty of seating, classy atmosphere that welcomes kids, and great prices. Check out the speakeasy at 1913 in the basement or the sessions cafe on the main level. We’ll definitely be back.
