I had a really hard time placing my order on the self-service machine in the store. I wasn't familiar with its start screen, and using my card was difficult. I had to get a staff member to help me.

The desk clerk was very rude. I came from Windsor with my girlfriend, who has cancer and had a doctor's appointment. They wouldn't give me the room because they said my ID wasn't acceptable. My girlfriend's ID was accepted, but they still wouldn't change the room to her name, even though it was already paid for. We were left out on the street with no idea where to go, since we're not from London. To this day, I still haven't been able to get my money back.

It was awful being yelled at by the owner. He called me a liar and thought there were more people in the room. It was just me and a friend staying there; after he kicked me out, I called two friends to help with my stuff. He tried to keep my $200 deposit, saying I had two extra people, even though I cleaned the disgusting room better than it was when I arrived and hadn't broken anything. I was crying and scared about losing the money. In the end he kept $40, $20 for each extra person.

They had closed because of a fire, but I hadn't received any notice. I arrived late and only found out then. Thankfully, I managed to find another place close to 10 p.m. When I called, the woman said to contact the booking agency for a refund, but there was no contact information in my booking details. This isn't a two-star hotel, it's a no-star hotel.
