At check-in, I found a table that was already broken. I hadn’t damaged it, but when I checked out the hotel charged me another $50 and said I was responsible. I tried explaining that it was like that when I arrived, but they charged me anyway. That felt unfair and dishonest. Check the room carefully when you get there and take photos of any damage, since they may try to make you pay for something you didn’t do. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a fair, trustworthy stay.

I’d give this zero stars if I could. There’s a bedbug infestation, and when we raised it with staff they showed no concern and refused to deal with it properly. That’s reckless. Guests could unknowingly take bedbugs home and face costly extermination and weeks of stress. The beds also had burn marks and questionable stains, which made it clear that hygiene and cleanliness aren’t a priority. This place is unsanitary and a serious health risk. Until the infestation is handled and the property is cleaned up, it has no business operating. It should be shut down.

Both the room and bath towels were dirty. I don’t want to stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

There were bed bugs, stains on the walls and ceiling, and a wet-dog smell as soon as I walked into the room. Everything was mismatched, the Wi-Fi was awful, and drunk people and partying were everywhere. It was a disaster. I wouldn’t recommend spending any time there.
