A short ten-minute walk takes you into the heart of downtown Lunenberg, so we could leave the car behind and enjoy this beautiful historic town. Linda and Michelle made us feel at home, and the property was spotless, with every detail considered for guests’ comfort. Breakfast was fantastic, with options, which we haven’t had at many other B&Bs. We’re touring the Maritime Provinces and were so glad to stay at Atlantic Sojourn. We’d recommend it to friends and family and will stay again on our next east coast visit. Thanks, Linda and Michelle, for a truly memorable stay.

Oct. 17th, 2016 - I’ve stayed at 18 B&Bs around the Maritimes and Newfoundland over the past 15 years, and this is certainly among the nicest. The spacious shared living room had books, local travel guides, TV, and tea and coffee available around the clock. Linda also put out homemade cookies. Our bedroom had everything we needed, from plenty of towels and reading lights to comfortable beds, bathrobes, glasses, and a wine opener. The historic house is beautiful, breakfast had several good choices, and Linda and her daughter were helpful with places to eat and things to see. A very memorable stay, highly recommend.

The fresh cookies and coffee waiting in the afternoon were a lovely welcome. We enjoyed the delicious, filling breakfast too. The service was excellent, we were greeted with a smile, and the accommodation was lovely. We had a great stay and hope to come back. Highly recommend.

I only wish we’d stayed longer than one night. The hosts were personable and helpful, and generous with their homemade cookies. The breakfast choices were tasty and filling. Built in 1905, Atlantic Sojourn Bed and Breakfast has a lot of character, with four well-appointed suites and shared lounge, parlour, veranda, garden, and dining room. It’s a wonderful base for exploring historic Lunenburg, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Linda knows the area well, and Michelle makes fantastic cookies. The home is beautiful and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this B&B!
