Our room had a lovely turret, and home-cooked breakfast was included, so it felt like great value. The historic property is beautiful and charming, with elegantly decorated sitting areas. You can tell the owners really care about their guests’ experience.

Sitting with a glass of wine on the back deck, looking out over the town and water, was exquisite. Margaret and the staff were wonderful, our rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. This was the highlight of our trip. I highly recommend it.

There’s something interesting and historically meaningful to see in every part of the inn. The rooms are very comfortable, and the view is brilliant. Sitting on the patio with a glass of wine was heavenly.
