The room had lots of space, it was clean, and the mattresses were comfortable. The continental breakfast was included, and the price was really good. It's also just a two-minute walk from the nice street with all the little boutiques. A very nice small hotel, and the woman at the desk gave us such a warm welcome when we arrived.

The owner cares deeply about customers, and the hospitality from him and the staff made us, my fiancé and me, very happy. This wholesome little town and hotel made saying goodbye hard. It's right next door, literally, to the RCMP Barracks, which was a big comfort. Our room had a microwave, fridge, Roku TV with HDMI ports for gaming consoles, and its own ice box. It felt home-like and made it easy to relax and keep to a budget. I've stayed at an exceptional number of hotels and motels, and Willowbend Hotel is by far the most comfortable and welcoming. You won't find another business owner who cares as much. There was nothing else we could have wanted from a hotel. I recommend spending time in this town and staying here, it was truly life changing for us.

The central downtown location made it easy to explore Maple Creek, and we could enjoy dinner next door. We were driving from Vancouver to Toronto, got tired, and decided to stop for the night. We're so glad we picked this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service felt warm and home-like. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs. We appreciated the lobby coffee station, the laundry machines, and having a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge in every room. Great value and an excellent stay, especially for a small-town hotel.

The owner goes out of his way to make sure your stay is satisfying and is very helpful. The place is so clean, and the service is excellent. Snacks, coffee, and tea are available free day and night. Where else do you get that?

The hosts were wonderful, really friendly, and doing a great job with improvements to their new business. We appreciated being allowed a little extra time to check out after sleeping in. The self-serve breakfast was welcome and enough to get the day started. Our room was comfortable, with a cozy bed, small fridge, microwave, and new Roku television. Willowbend Hotel is well priced and close to downtown and several amenities. We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back. The owner and hosts are a real draw.
