We keep coming back to the Comfort Inn in Merritt because each stay has gone well. On our most recent visit, staff brought water bottles right to our door without us even asking. They’re always welcoming and make an effort to ensure we’re comfortable. The rooms have been spotless and spacious, with everything our family needs. It’s also conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and lovely outdoor spots. We’ll keep staying here when we’re in Merritt, and I’d happily recommend it.

My husband stays here for work, and sometimes the family joins him on weekends. We always get a friendly welcome back and a smile from the staff. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and we’ve never had a bad stay. The staff are the hotel’s biggest asset. Keep up the good work!

Only stayed one night, but it was a great experience. Nora at the front desk went out of her way to get me checked in and make sure we were looked after. It felt much more personal than at some hotels where you feel like just a number. The room was good value too. Thanks, Nora!

The rooms were a little dated, but clean and pleasant, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were really friendly, and we enjoyed the breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend it.

The room was clean and spacious, and the location is handy for restaurants and gas stations. Mikey in the dining area was friendly and quickly sorted out our breakfast preferences. Joy at the front desk handled our requests well and offered tips for driving around the area. Highly recommend.
