Le Sand & Stone Hôtel

I felt safe the whole time, and the place was calm and well looked after, which made the stay even better. The staff were really nice and always made me feel welcome. My room was clean and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I had such a great time here. The street is nos

We only planned to stay one night, but the spot was so handy, near the mall, clubs, and downtown, that we added two more. The staff were warm, flexible, and easy to deal with, and the room was cozy with what we needed. It’s a comfortable choice if you’re watching your budget. The parking was safe and convenient, with a discount rate of 30$ per night. We had such a good stay that I’d give it 100/10, and we’ll be back. Thanks for making us comfortable!

I couldn’t sleep through the noise here. The AC was so loud I had to shut it off, and then people yelling and banging rubbish bins kept me awake at 2AM. The room itself was tiny and filthy, and the photos online are completely misleading. The service was even worse. I had a confirmed booking for October 5-7 and had only cancelled October 8-9, yet at 7AM on October 6, while I was still in bed, a man outside my door called for me to leave immediately and claimed I had no valid booking. I was treated aggressively and kicked out, and I never got a refund despite the situation. This was one of my worst accommodation experiences. The facilities are in poor shape, the place misrepresents what it offers, and the owner seems not to care about basic respect or hospitality. I’d tell people not to stay here.

For the price, this is a nice central option, especially for students or anyone traveling on a budget. Check-in and check-out were easy, the staff were welcoming and quick to answer questions, and the room was clean and comfortable. Le Sand & Stone Hotel is close to downtown, Old Montreal, and public transportation. I had a great stay and would come back.
