The Auberge Inn

The beds were really comfortable, and our room was spacious, clean, and had a Smart TV. Auberge Inn is handy for the highway, Walmart, and gas stations, so picking up anything we needed was easy. The price was reasonable too. We did run into one issue: there wasn't hot water at night, which made a late shower less pleasant. Still, we had a great stay.

The bed was so hard that we barely slept and woke up sore. Although we'd paid for two nights, we booked somewhere else for our second night in the area. The room was very clean, close to everything, and the air conditioner worked well. The shower ran out of hot water partway through the first shower, and the towels were very small and thin.

The place was clean and lovely, and the automated check-in made arriving easy at any hour. One catch: although Booking.com says you can pay when you arrive, my card was charged before we got there. They said this was because of invalid, expired, or declined cards. It's also listed online as a Bed and Breakfast, with a "No Breakfast No Problem" offer that used to include a gift card for a Preferred Partner. There's no breakfast or offer anymore, though. A nice bed, but no breakfast.

Check-in was a breeze, and the spotless room had fresh linens, a really comfortable bed, and complimentary coffee. Great location, too. It's an affordable place that stays clean and comfortable without skimping on quality. A hidden gem!
