Tim at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, offering ideas for things to do. The cleaning staff were friendly too, and the hotel and rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and lots of parking. The location suited our plans perfectly, about a 20-minute walk down to the Falls area, with lots to see along the way. Great stay!

We booked with a Groupon and got a bunch of coupons, which was great. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the room had a comfy bed, a great whirlpool, and more lights than you usually see. The first morning, we had the do not disturb sign on the door, but housekeeping kept BANGING until we opened it, just to ask when we were leaving and whether we were checking out that day. On the second night, there seemed to be a hot water shortage around 10 p.m., and our shower and bath were very cool. Aside from those two issues, I'd recommend it and stay again!

My only two complaints: the TV only shows its regular channels, and there's nowhere to put my soap in the shower. The stay was really good otherwise, and the staff were very friendly and ready to help.

I had a great time here. The service was amazing, and I enjoyed the view from my window. The person at the front desk was so kind and gave great service as always. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance. Thank you, Ramada!

The room was tidy and well cared for, and we had a great stay. We could have used cups for the coffee maker and glasses for brushing our teeth. We chose not to ask for them, though it would have been nice if they were already there.
