I didn’t even want to give this place one star. It’s disgusting, dirty, smelly and old. They treat long-term guests like dogs on the street and leave them without basic necessities. The heating elements look ancient, from before the 1970s. The toilets and sinks are rusty, and the grounds are completely run down. Do not stay at this horrible place!

The rooms were okay, nothing special, but they do the job as a place to keep your things and sleep. It’s in a great spot, outside downtown Niagara Falls’ craziness but near several fun local bars. They exchange currency here, but check the rates first so you don’t get ripped off like I did.

There was urine all over one of our beds, just included at no extra charge. I called the manager, who didn’t seem to care, did nothing to help us get another room and hung up on me. It’s a cheap motel. If I could, I’d give it zero stars.

The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the location is close to everything you need. The building needs a lot of maintenance, and I mean a lot. If all you need is somewhere to lay your head for a few hours, this is it.
