Staff were wonderful and quick to help: when we found no towels at the pool, they brought some down within minutes. There's also a small gym. It's about 6-8 minutes from the Falls, with a WEGO station for anyone who'd rather take a pass than drive. The hotel has been newly renovated and taken over by Marriott, after being the Ramada, which explains the older reviews. Our very clean room had a kitchenette with the utensils needed to cook, including a dishwasher, plus free YouTube. Hot breakfast was included, with quiche, sausages, cereal, yogurt, milk, bagels, muffins, croissants, jams, coffee and tea, and fruit. Highly recommend, especially for the price and how new it feels.

Dust on the cabinets above the coffee machine, food bits by the kitchen sink, yellow marks on the bathroom door, and short hairs on the vanity and in the shower all added up. For a recently renovated property, I expected better cleanliness. The room was just okay for around $160 CAD a night, and that much dust made it seem like it hadn't been cleaned recently or checked carefully before arrival. I'm a Titanium member and stayed three nights on a weekend getaway. I understand upgrades depend on availability and the hotel may have been full; I had requested one a few days ahead when booking, though I know it might not have been possible. The two queen room was very cramped. Check-in also felt colder than at other Marriott properties, with little acknowledgment or explanation until I asked questions. A warmer, more empathetic welcome would have made a real difference. This was one of the less well-maintained and less welcoming Marriott stays I've had, especially given the renovation and the consistently high hospitality I've come to expect over the years. I hope management sees this, though I don't have much hope since I don't see many replies to customer feedback here online.

The location is quieter than the tourist area but still close enough to the falls. The rooms were clean, with a useful kitchenette, and the pool was great for kids. The continental breakfast was pretty standard, though it had a good variety. Tashi was especially friendly and makes delicious hot sauce. Towne Place Suites by Marriott is a great family-friendly hotel near Niagara Falls.

Breakfast had lots to choose from, including plenty of hot options, and the king and sofa suite was a good size for the price. The whole stay at TownePlace Suites was amazing. The room was spotless, and the pool was inviting and so quiet that each time we swam it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Highly recommend!
