We stayed from Christmas Eve until the next day, and the price was amazing. My husband, kids, and I were really impressed. We book places in Niagara and St.Catharines regularly, and this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Our suite had two queen beds, plus a pull-out sofa bed with its own TV. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was so quiet at night and in the morning that it felt like we were the only guests. When we needed help, employees came to our room right away and were friendly and useful. My husband and kids said the pool was a bit cold, but the hot tub was perfect. It’s about 10 minutes to the falls and roughly 5 minutes to the downtown area. Great location and stay. We’ll definitely come back.

We picked this place because my husband wanted a big tub. It was definitely large, but took half an hour to fill, just as the front desk had warned us. The water temperature kept changing and was mostly cool, so we ended up taking a quick shower in the morning. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the amenities looked nice, especially for families. We had a lovely view of the Falls and the Ferris wheel. The rooms are dated, though, and parking was $30 for an outdoor lot that hadn’t been plowed, which felt steep. It’s a close call, but next time I’d skip the tub and stay somewhere nicer.

We’ve been coming here for 10+ years. The location is great, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. There’s a well-maintained pool, hot tub, and gym, and the staff are helpful and professional. Steve really stands out. He restocks towels in the pool and gym, and he’s always welcoming, conscientious, and helpful, with a great attitude.

We chose Tower B for our December 31st New Year’s Eve stay at Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls Fallsview. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with enough room for a family. The balcony was a great addition, and the view of Skylon Tower looked especially nice in the evening lights. The beds were comfortable, the room stayed quiet despite the busy season, and housekeeping did a good job. It costs a bit more, but that’s expected on New Year’s Eve in Niagara Falls. The location made the price feel justified: we could walk to the Falls, nearby attractions, and the celebrations and fireworks, which made the occasion easy and memorable. A reliable, family-friendly option for a special visit if you want convenience and comfort without giving up room quality. I’d recommend Tower B for the balcony and overall experience.

The valet attendants were very nice and helpful, and the front desk was pleasant and accommodating. They honored my request related to my mobility issues and shared useful information about the hotel and nearby area. The room matched its description and was very clean. The shower had amazing pressure, and I appreciated the jet tub. I’m just nitpicking, but I don’t like feather pillows, so a choice would be nice. I had a great time and will be back.
