The front of the property looked a bit dirty, and although the lobby was bright, customer service could have been better. It would have been nice if there were a complimentary table with coffee and hot water in the lobby. It was my first stay, and first impressions matter to me. The room was large, modern and exceptionally clean. I loved the bathroom, especially the big shower and the vanity mirror.

I won a contest for a night in the King Jacuzzi suite, and the room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and clean, with a large comfortable bed and the usual amenities. The rain shower was lovely. There was also a bottle of wine, chocolates and balloons waiting for us as part of the contest. We used the pool and hot tub and were happy with their temperature and cleanliness. The complimentary hot breakfast was delicious, fresh and had a great variety. Reception was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My husband doesn’t like tap payments on vending machines, so a coin option would be nice, though tap is convenient for me. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it if you’re using the airport or visiting the mall or area.

The overnight front desk employee was really professional and arranged a transfer to the hotel for us. We’d read all the reviews mentioning how clean the place was, and they were right, I’d give that a thousand out of ten. The price was fair, and it worked perfectly for our late arrival and four-hour stay before a flight. It isn’t plush, and there seemed to be quite a few rules, so families should be fine, but it’s not a place to hang out and party. :)

I was comfortable here overall, and it felt like a good three-star hotel for someone travelling through. I usually stay with the Marriott chain, so this wasn’t that, but it suited the purpose. The room was very stark and could use some color or pictures, and the white top blankets in both rooms I had were stained. Maybe they aren’t bleached when washed. On the plus side, housekeeping came every day, the gym was much better than I expected, and breakfast beat what I’ve had at places in the same price range, like Holiday Inn Express. I could hear hallway conversations from my room, probably more noticeable with all the hard flooring and no carpet, so I needed the fan on at night.
