Duncan Motel

There are restaurants, grocery stores, and other essentials close by, so I didn’t worry much about being out late. I came from Calgary and the staff helped me settle in and work out what places were worth seeing. My room stayed clean, and when I asked for amenities, they got them for me without any trouble. I had a wonderful stay and would come back, 10/10.

The staff are really nice. If something you need isn’t in the room, they can probably provide it. They deserve recognition and a boost!

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was also close to local amenities, and the security cameras and well-lit main parking area helped it feel secure, even though it’s not in a great part of town. What bothered me was the gap between the website photos and the room we got. The pictures showed a nicely renovated room, but ours clearly hadn’t been updated yet. The place didn’t seem full, so I’m guessing not many rooms look like the photos. It was hard not to feel a bit deceived. Soundproofing was poor too, and we heard car doors slamming for most of the night.

I’ve stayed here twice and will stay again. It’s a great little place, with friendly staff and stores and food within walking distance.
