2/10
The check-in process was awful, and the host was unresponsive. We'd arranged an early check-in, but when we arrived at the agreed time, the cleaners were still working. They crowded us and were rude, telling us a story about family emergencies but blaming us for being early even though we'd arrived when agreed. We used the access code from the listing, and it was clear the cleaners hadn't done a good job. At checkout, they blamed us for dirt left by previous guests and gave us a bad review. The host had lied about several things. Terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Deanna was wonderful and found all the amenities I needed. This is a charming little old bed and breakfast, tucked away in a quiet suburb near the center of Okotoks. Breakfast was prepared gluten free. Highly recommend.

The bed was comfortable, and Deanna was wonderfully friendly. I did find it strange that my overnight stay at a Bed AND BREAKFAST didn't include breakfast.

I slept really well after being greeted with a warm smile and a kind hello. I'd absolutely return, and highly recommend it!

Clean, comfortable place with all the amenities, right in a central location. Lovely.
