The service was excellent, and so was the draft beer, wings, and button ribs. My husband, two friends, and I stopped at the hotel restaurant for the sixth game of the World Series, then liked it enough to stay for dinner. We had pub fare, two orders of fish and chips, a cottage pie, and a steak and mushroom pie. We all shared a ginger caramel cake, and everything was wonderful. Too bad the Jays lost.

The nachos weren't good. They left off the topping at first, so all we got was cheese and chips. We sent them back, and they just threw some stuff on top. It was tasteless, and the full-size portion was very small. That's two strikes for the food now. I only ate there, didn't stay overnight.

The food is just average, in my opinion, though I liked the wings. It's a cool old-fashioned pub with a great bar and nice service. It can be busy, but not too busy. A good spot for a cheeky pint.

I ordered takeout, a poutine and a burger, and unfortunately it wasn't great. The burger was dry, there were no cheese curds on the poutine, and the gravy was okay but cold. It cost $63 for the two items. The place looks pretty cool inside, but the food isn't good. I think it'd be great for a beer, but that's it. I don't recommend the food. #Sad

We had lunch in the private room for our large family gathering before Christmas, and it was fantastic. It was a great space for our seven grandchildren, including the 18-month-old twins crawling everywhere. Great service, thank you. WE WILL BE BACK!
