The hotel staff were kind and welcoming throughout, breakfast was great, and the cleaners kept everything tidy during our stay. A special thanks to the front desk employee who I think was named Kamala, who let us check in much earlier than planned. That was very much appreciated and made things smoother. We only ended up staying here for a couple of days in Ottawa because many other hotels were full, but it turned out to be a great experience.

It felt like home during a busy transition for our family, and we're glad to be returning for another week. Donna and Najmo were warm and attentive, Patricia and Gaurav at the front desk were helpful and accommodating, and Kaelan was responsive and worked with us on our stay. Barbara, the GM, also stood out for her hands-on presence. We were genuinely comfortable here.

KAMAL was absolutely amazing during my stay at Holiday Inn Ottawa East. She was polite, friendly, and helpful, and her positive attitude made a real difference. The service was excellent, and I had a very comfortable, pleasant stay. I'd recommend the hotel and look forward to coming back.

We booked the trinity room here for a family dinner. Gagan and Gaurav welcomed us and were very accommodating, and the facility was extremely clean and organized. We'll definitely book here again.

Amita took care of a booking issue before I even arrived. Then, when I messaged that my standard room was supposed to have a microwave according to the booking but didn't, she brought one to the door within five minutes, no questions asked. That's great customer service and satisfaction. Management could improve some things, but Amita is doing an excellent job on the ground. She deserves a raise and they need more people like her. Thanks again, Amita!
