Indiahouse

We booked a Saturday night at Indiahouse over a long weekend. A couple of days before, the owner messaged to say there was a problem with our room and asked if we’d stay at another house down the street. With accommodations hard to find that weekend, we agreed. It was her parents’ house, with no separate entrance, though we could use the main bathroom. The house was empty when we arrived. She said she’d leave us a bottle of wine as thanks, but we didn’t see one and didn’t ask about it. We went out for the evening and were surprised to find her parents asleep two rooms away when we came back. I messaged to confirm checkout time the next morning and got no reply. Her father was very nice and offered us coffee and toast, but we chose to leave. The owner offered no discount.
