It's close to everything, much nearer to town than I expected, and I'd stay here again as my preferred spot in the area. The rooms were great, quiet, clean, and well appointed. I liked taking our charcuterie board to the dining area at night to snack and talk with friends. The gym was basic and quiet, but had enough for a good workout. Parking seemed difficult at first, then I found hotel spaces by the casino, and there were lots of empty spots.

The room was okay, but housekeeping could do better. There were stains on the door, cabinets, and box spring cover, plus hairs on the sheets. I also got locked out several times because the key card door lock apparently needed a new battery. The USB ports by the bedside counter and lamps didn't work either.

The rooms were clean and maid service was top notch, but this Hilton didn't meet my expectations. The hotel was very booked and wouldn't give me a late checkout, which is what prompted this review. The gym had no cups for water or towels, and front desk service was slow. I've stayed at plenty of Hiltons, so all of that surprised me. Peterborough doesn't have much hotel choice, so I guess that's why this group offers this level of service.

If you're traveling with kids, ask for a room facing the front. The back looks toward the casino, which can get lively at night and make it harder for children to sleep. The hotel itself has friendly staff, clean rooms, a bright and welcoming breakfast area, and a convenient spot for exploring Peterborough. It's a nice, comfortable place, especially if you pick a quieter room.

The place is easy to get to, with lots of parking, a pool, and a gym. Rooms were clean and nice, and the staff were friendly. My one gripe was breakfast service: the coffee was empty and took a while to refill, and so did the eggs and meat. It was a minor hassle, but noticeable compared with other Hamptons I've stayed at.
