Moffat House

The host checked in every day about my brother, who was in Peterborough hospital, and showed real concern. That kindness made my 5 day stay at Moffat House my best air b and b experience. The Victorian suite was beautifully furnished, with amazing attention to detail, and breakfast on china plates added to the feel of it. It's quiet and close enough to walk to the hospital, or an Uber is about 7 dollars. I've been home almost a week and still can't stop talking about staying there. It cost less than or about the same as a Mitel 6, but was 100 times nicer. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Chris Cook

I hadn't heard of Moffat House until I got to Peterborough and realized my hotel reservation wasn't for a couple of days. I needed somewhere to stay, spotted this place on maps, and called Regina. Luckily, she had a room available. The rooms have different themes that make you feel like you've traveled back in time, and Regina is so sweet. She also serves a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend it!

We were just passing through Peterborough and stayed for one night. The Dundella Suite was bright, spacious, and gorgeous. The historic house has been nicely updated and is well maintained, and our host made us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious too. We were very happy with our choice.

We found this gem at the last minute and stayed in the Dundela suite. Regina and Rommel were generous, caring, polite, and kind, looking after us like family. Rommel made a delicious breakfast, and they're so friendly we could have talked for hours. It felt like home, and the whole stay was a bliss. A 10/10, and I'd love to return whenever we visit Peterborough.
