Brian was so kind. After our long bike ride, he even offered us two fresh, locally-grown peaches for a snack. Earlier, about 25 k into the ride around the lake, we realized we didn’t have our car keys. We remembered parking near his B&B, the Courthouse B&B, so we called. Brian stayed on the phone while he went outside to look around the car. The keys were on the seat, where we’d accidentally left them, and he kept them safe until we got back about two hours later. I’d absolutely recommend staying at Brian’s B&B. It’s hard to imagine finding a more exceptional host.

A great price, and an easy walk to both the water and Main Street. This little B&B works perfectly for two, or more, on a weekend away. It lets you settle into the community while still giving you updated comforts and a relaxing place to stay.

Brian took exceptional care of us, and we’d definitely recommend staying here. It’s a lovely private space to have to yourself while spending a few days in Picton, with Main Street’s shops and restaurants an easy walk away. We’ll visit again...

The on-site landlord is knowledgeable, and the street is quiet. This clean, cozy apartment has two floors in a historic building, good air conditioning, a well-stocked fridge, and free parking. It’s a nice option for a longer visit or even just an overnight stay.

Really clean and neat, and clearly well looked after. My husband and I stayed four nights and had a great time. The location was very good, and the host was nice.
