Breakfast at The Foundry was a real highlight, one of the best I’ve had in ages. We stayed in the Heritage Suite at the Claramount Club, where the decor suited the building’s age and character without feeling out of place. The staff were attentive and truly welcoming. I’d happily recommend staying in Picton here.

Sydney at the front desk helped me choose a great room, and B in the restaurant made a fantastic cocktail and even got me the chef’s recipe for that cauliflower that practically melts in your mouth. The rooms are gorgeous and roomy, with lovely harbour views, and the customer service was warm and friendly. Had a wonderful time at The Claramount Club. I’ll definitely be back!

The location made it easy to enjoy Prince Edward County. Picton Harbor is just a 1-2 minute walk away, and Main st is about 15 minutes on foot. I also really liked the live music at the Foundry restaurant. Our room was nicely decorated, and the gym had a great variety of equipment. Had a great stay at Claramount club!

The way old and new come together here is thoughtful and beautifully done. The Claramount Club is a lovely property, and you can tell The Team takes real pride in it. We had an exceptional stay and will gladly recommend it to friends and family.

We visited in the off season, so it was pretty quiet. The cafe in the hotel was great, and we loved the amenities. The staff were super nice and helpful. Some rooms are separate from the main hotel, which threw me off at first. After thinking about it, I actually enjoyed it. Still, in warmer weather it would probably be nicer than having to walk outside to reach the gym in winter.
