The whole hotel was clean, even though it seemed a little older, and I’d happily stay again or recommend it to a friend. Staff in the breakfast area kept everything tidy and stocked, and the cleaning staff were polite in the halls and when checking that our smoke detector worked. At the front desk, check-in was thorough, with everything explained clearly and an information sheet covering the hotel, breakfast, and more. At checkout, they asked how our stay went and whether anything could have been better.

The breakfast looked good and seemed popular when I checked out, though I didn’t try it. The hotel and room were clean, and the staff were friendly. Good value, and I’ll stay here again next time I’m in PA.

After a 12-hour drive, we got only two hours of sleep before facing another eight hours on the road. The room next door was loud, with talking and banging on the walls. I called the front desk at 11:30 p.m., even though quiet time starts at 10. Security came and things settled briefly, but an hour later the noise started again. When we checked out, I asked the woman at the desk if anything could be worked out, but nothing was offered. I was very disappointed with the service. The room was filthy, the showerhead was corroded and had no pressure, and the bed felt worn out. 😡

The room was spacious and very quiet, and breakfast was great. Most of all, the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We didn’t feel safe here, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Guests in two nearby rooms partied, argued, and pounded on doors all night, to the point that the RCMP had to be called. The next day, Best Western did nothing to compensate us for such a terrible night. It was a disappointing and scary stay.
