Prestige Treasure Cove Resort

Diana greeted me when I came in to check in, and she was efficient, caring, and professional. Her lively smile brightened the lobby, and she went out of her way to help with real warmth and courtesy. My October 2025 stay at The Prestige Treasure Cove hotel was five-star. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very well maintained. I was traveling alone and felt completely at ease in my quiet executive suite, which had its own separate elevator, as well as the modern safety locks on the room doors. I’ll definitely stay again.

The room suited our needs perfectly, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We had a fantastic stay, and this is where I’ll stay whenever I need to be in Prince George.

At our second annual Christmas party hosted by the Prestige Hotel Team, more than 110 people attended. The food service was a huge disappointment. It was served cold, there was Yorkshire pudding but no gravy, and the salads had no dressing. Empty dishes weren’t refilled, so 50% of our guests didn’t get a full meal. The dessert table was terrible, and dirty dishes sat on our tables for hours. After we met to discuss the problems, the hotel said they’d spoken with the caterer and replied, “thank you for your feedback, if you rebook next year we MAY consider a room rental discount but we will not be offering anything for this year.” They’d been paid in full and in advance for this service. I feel they took advantage of us, and I’m very disappointed in a company that clearly doesn’t value customer service.

There was a chair inside the shower stall, which in hindsight should have made me wonder about the design. I slipped and fell in the open shower at Treasure Cover because the smooth floor had no abrasion for traction. I reported it to the Customer Service Manager, who only said, “Yes, it’s a bad design.” There was no apology or plan to follow up. The hotel needs to address this.
