The owner, Paul, was awful to deal with. He doesn't speak English, and when I raised my concerns, he handed me a bottle of Raid. There were bed bugs, and the toilet had no handle, just a string. If half stars were possible, that's what I'd give. What a joke.

It was quiet and relaxing, and I found the management friendly and easy to deal with. The place is clean, though it could use an update. I'd stay here again.

The rooms were really spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly.

I was told on the phone that rooms were available, and that paying for the room plus a deposit was required, which was fine. I reserved one. When I arrived, someone immediately shouted at me for parking in the wrong spot, though there were no clear signs, so I moved my vehicle. Then at the office I was rudely told there were no rooms, even after I explained I'd reserved one. The person said he didn't care what I'd been told and refused to give me a room. The service and treatment were pathetic. If you're staying in Prince George, I'd go literally anywhere else.

We arrived late at night, exhausted, only to be told we had no reservation, even though we'd booked the hotel. When we asked them to check in case there'd been a mistake, we were rudely ordered off the property and threatened. It upset us badly, and we almost had an accident.
