Hôtel Alt Québec

The room had a comfortable shower with good water pressure, and the view across Quebec City was pretty good too. We found the interior design stylish and distinctive, everything was clean, and the staff were welcoming. The hotel was convenient to reach and well located for our trip. My only letdown was that there was no drinking water in the room. Even so, we had a very pleasant stay while exploring the area.

With just a month to find another wedding venue, choosing the ALT Hotel worked out perfectly. From the first email, the sales team was responsive, understanding, and helpful, including with guests coming from across Canada and accessibility for people with mobility needs. The staff kept checking in and paid attention to the details. When I mentioned a bowl of chocolates for the centerpiece, they even found several options. Our modern, clean, comfortable room was just right, and the catering from Bistango restaurant was amazing. Everything ran smoothly, and I keep telling people how perfect the wedding day was thanks to the ALT Hotel team. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I'd highly recommend it for events and accommodation.

I stay at a lot of hotels, and Alt in quebec is one of my favorites. The rooms are clean, nice, and well maintained. I work in a field where customer service matters a lot, and the welcome I got from Desmond showed real commitment to it. Thanks for making the stay great from the start.

A small bed and bowl were already waiting for our chihuahuas, such a thoughtful gesture for furry guests. The room was spotless, and having a Nespresso coffee machine made the stay even nicer. Everyone was friendly and attentive. My husband, our chihuahuas, and I found this a truly welcoming, well-run, pet-friendly hotel, and we'll definitely return.
