Hilton Quebec

After 16 hours in transit for work, I really appreciated the front desk's kind help and the comfortable room. The rooms have been updated, the beds are comfortable, and the views of old quebec city are some of the best around. Staff have been helpful and kind, and there are easy walks to plenty of restaurants. There's also a heated pool and gym. It's easy to drive here, with public parking nearby. There's a coffee shop in the lobby, and check whether breakfast is included with your booking. I recommend velvet for visits in either summer or winter. One thing to keep in mind: the hotel hosts several conferences throughout the year.

Our family of three spent three nights here for New Year's and loved the stay. We had a comfortable room with big windows overlooking Parliament. On New Year's Eve, we could hear the Electric Music Festival and watch the midnight fireworks from our room. We danced and celebrated in the warmth while it was -23°F outside. The service and food were perfect. Breakfast in the Executive Lounge was wonderful, with lots of variety and a gorgeous city view. The hotel's location made it easy to walk to everything the city offers. We'd gladly stay again someday and recommend it 100%.

We stayed during Carnival and would absolutely recommend the hotel. The room was beautiful, the staff were friendly and excellent, and the location was great. Even with the area so busy, the extra cost for parking and valet seemed reasonable. I can't wait to return; this one really stands out in my memory.

The hotel itself was pretty good, but the room was unbearably hot. I set it to 18 when I arrived and stayed three days, yet the temperature never dropped below 22. We were all suffering in the heat.
