Les Lofts St-Pierre - By Les Lofts Vieux-Quebec

The shower pressure was low on the third floor, and there wasn't much space for clothes: no wardrobe or drawers and only four hangers. There was no coffee or tea with the old-style coffee maker, and no detergent for the washing machine. Otherwise, SP305 is a very good apartment within walking distance of the old town, with a nice view of the Fairmont. It has a washer and dryer, oven, and microwave.

The staff were really helpful and accommodating, and I'd stay again, maybe in a different loft in upper town. The apartment had a gorgeous layout in a beautiful building, and once we worked out how to get in and out, it was easy. The advertised walk to the chateau took at least twice as long for us because it's uphill, so anyone with mobility issues, older guests, or people who aren't in shape should factor that in. Cleanliness was just okay: in certain light, the black walls showed greasy handprints, hairspray, and liquid marks from past guests. A couch throw, another blanket, a few more spices, paper towels, and a broom would be useful.

The room had plenty of space, with a kitchen table and a separate sitting area with a couch. It's well placed for restaurants at any meal and the lower part of Old Quebec. I'd stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

We wanted a little extra room for the kids, and the loft worked out great. It was a beautiful, clean, spacious place with everything we needed, right in the middle of Old Quebec. We'll be back!
