Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Quebec City Beauport

The staff I met were very friendly, and room 419 was clean with no problems. Parking was plentiful, the lot's entrance door made it easy to reach my car, and there are two free Tesla/EV chargers. Breakfast was great too. My only real complaint is the Wi-Fi. For a recently built urban hotel, 5 Mbps in 2026 is unacceptable. The Canadian government calls 50 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up high-speed internet, so this is only 10% of that. I shouldn't need to tether my phone for decent service or pay extra for premium internet. I'd like to stay here again when I'm back in Quebec City, but please provide a faster connection.

The hotel and rooms were modern, clean, and very nice overall. But one bathroom towel had a long dark hair wrapped in it, and neither of us staying there has dark hair.

I really like this hotel and would recommend this location. Janick made check-in easy, explained what we needed to know, and was patient with my sister-in-law's many questions 😁. The rooms were very clean. The one thing I wasn't sure about was housekeeping: nobody emptied or cleaned the room. Maybe we were supposed to tell the front desk?

Hampton Inn & Suites – Québec City Beauport was convenient for driving, with easy highway access and parking. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the beds worked well for a short visit. Breakfast came with the stay, though the choices seemed a little sparse compared with other Hamptons we've visited. Check-in felt hurried and not especially welcoming, and the service could have been more attentive. The pool was smaller than I expected and filled up fast, so it wasn't very relaxing. For the price, I wanted a bit more consistency and polish. It's an okay spot for an overnight or work trip, but it didn't leave a memorable impression.
