We found it easy to settle in as a family. The apartment felt like a home, with plenty of space, a clean and practical layout, and both a full kitchen and living area. That made traveling with the kids much more relaxed. Everything was organized, check-in went smoothly, and adults and children alike felt comfortable right away. I had a great stay at L’Uni Appart-Hôtel and would recommend it to families who want room to settle in and enjoy their time together.

The heated underground parking was a real plus for our winter visit. We stayed in a spacious, modern, well-equipped two-bedroom suite, though there wasn't much dishware and no baby cot. I'd recommend it for a family trip.

The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, but the service was very poor. Calls went unanswered, and staff were rude if you didn't speak Quebec French. We were charged for services we hadn't received or asked for, and it took several emails to resolve those charges. The neighbors also made the stay uncomfortable.

We spent a little over a week here in February and had a wonderful stay. The full kitchen made it easy to cook and saved us a lot on the trip. The apartment had everything we needed, including pots, pans, dishes, and silverware, so there's no need to pack those. Getting in was easy. There's pay-per-use laundry, temperature control in the unit, and free covered parking. With three bus stops nearby, we could get back to the cozy apartment without driving, even if we weren't sober enough to drive.

We stayed as a family and felt welcome throughout. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well kept, and the instructions for entering the building and our room were clear, so arrival was easy. We especially liked the quiet, secure underground parking with convenient access. Everything was well organized. Highly recommended.
