Corporate Stays La Garde Apartments

Hussain Burjawi worked incredibly hard to help my workmate and me, and I'm grateful to him and the team for being attentive. The company is very focused on support, which was a welcome change. The place itself was beautiful, clean, and had a chic feel in a very, very quiet building. But the quiet rules were a bad fit for us as night shift workers, since we came home around 4 am and had to be quiet from 11 pm until sunrise in a seniors living complex. Check-in was late because cleaning wasn't done, and we waited in a parking lot for 1.5 hours. The shower wasn't clean, the drain was clogged, and the sheets were dirty. I asked in the morning for clean sheets for that night, but it wasn't done by the time I returned. As I type, the sheet is on the floor. We paid $3500.00 for 2 weeks, including a $1000.00 deposit. I asked to transfer to another place so our night shifts wouldn't disturb the neighbors, but they offered another room on the same floor in the same building and wanted another $299.00 cleaning fee. We said no. There was also a huge list of rules for $1250/week before the deposit, including no extra guests, which I find uncanny. The $1000.00 deposit adds stress, as we worry we may lose it over our night shift routine and are treading carefully. The unit needs better upkeep, including cleaning the shower drain. I recommend it for short stays if you're not working nights. If we switch to day shifts, we'd come back, since these issues are relatively minor. Thanks again, Hussain and team.

I'm going to stay in one of the apartments soon, and I want to mention the great service from Salma Machkour. She was super fast and efficient, cheerful, and lovely to talk to. She handled my booking and all the changes I asked for really well. I'm impressed, thank you Salma for your help!

Mr. Safi Dandouch gave excellent service and prepared a very nice apartment for me. The new building is beautiful and well located, and the apartment was clean and very sunny with great equipment. Booking was smooth and uncomplicated. Safi was very helpful. Thank you, Mr. Safi.

The concierge is quick and convenient, and having a whole apartment with private parking made this stay easy. It’s close to everything, too. This was my second time here and I love it. The price is pretty affordable compared with most hotels and Airbnb. I’ll definitely be back.
