Terminus Hôtel

The apartment-style room was new, nicely decorated and very well equipped. We chose this hotel so we could make breakfast and have takeout, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Check-in was excellent. There’s no service at this hotel, which is why I didn't rate it. We like walking, so being below the old part of town was fine for us, but the several long staircases up to the historic area could be a problem if you aren't fit. For a five-day stay, we had nowhere to put our clothes, despite plenty of room for drawers or shelves. We lived out of two open suitcases on the floor. I'd definitely stay again.

We had a lovely short stay at Hotel Terminus in Québec, hosted through Union des consommateurs, and it exceeded what we expected. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed, all worked into the design with care. I loved the interior: the colors and details fit together beautifully, and the place was very clean. I'll definitely come back with my family so they can enjoy the experience too.

I love minimalist rooms with well-balanced furniture, and this one had a comfortable chair, rug and couch to relax on. It was spacious and clean, felt brand new, and stayed at the perfect temperature throughout my winter stay. Staff were friendly, and cafes, restaurants and a grocery store were nearby. This was my most comfortable stay in Quebec so far. I'd happily return. A real treat. Merci!

The huge rooms felt cozy, like a home away from home, and check-in and checkout were easy. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. I really wanted to give Terminus hotel five stars, but my fiancée and I had a few issues: our room's Wi-Fi wasn't working, so we used another room's connection, which was spotty. The shower pressure was extremely low, making it hard to enjoy a shower, and parking was difficult to get in and out of. I'd still recommend the place, though those problems did take away from our stay.
