Juvy and Ilya were especially gracious and helpful hosts. They were accommodating with special requests and helped sort out problems, even though those had nothing to do with the property. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and I was comfortable throughout my stay thanks to the clean rooms and good temperature controls. The breakfast was well stocked, had a great selection, and was restocked regularly. The location is close to Ironwood Mall, Old Spaghetti Factory, Watermania, and the movie theatre. I recently stayed here and it was a great choice. I’d highly recommend it for a future stay in Richmond BC.

Juvy and Dinusha made my visit feel special from the start. They were kind, professional, and attentive, whether they were helping with recommendations or making sure my room was in order. The hotel was comfortable, and their thoughtful service is what made the stay unforgettable.

We regretted booking five days here. The bathroom had moldy tiles, a badly sloped and slippery shower floor, a hole in the wall by the vanity, and poor caulking. The wallpaper was also peeling and heavily stained, even though we had been upgraded to a Jacuzzi room with a king bed. I had to hold the grab bar while showering. I have stage 4 cancer and am sensitive. From the first day, I coughed nonstop in the room, especially at night, but the coughing eased when we went out. Housekeeping never picked up the garbage left outside our room for days, and calls went to voicemail. Some front desk staff were difficult to speak with and wouldn't send anyone when asked. On day four, a Filipino front desk employee helped us and took care of the housekeeping right away. At check-in, we were asked to pay for the whole stay upfront, plus a $500 damage fee for the full stay.

I left after five nights of a planned two-week stay and had to find somewhere else to stay. Starting on the second night, I appeared to develop bed bug bites, which got worse each day. I had lived in my own home for years without this problem, and it began only after I stayed here. I raised it with management, but felt they brushed me off and suggested it was my fault instead of properly looking into it. I had to throw out luggage and clothes because I was worried about taking bed bugs home, losing about $700 in the process. I hope the hotel investigates concerns like this properly and makes cleanliness and guest safety a priority.
