Best Western Rimstone Ridge Hotel

I’ve already booked another stay because the last one went so well. When work is basically all I do, having a clean room to come back to after work and meals means a lot. Thanks to the staff and management at quality Inn and suites. Carrie at the front desk is really helpful and friendly. The ladies even arranged an early breakfast for us before we left for work at 5:30 AM. I’m very picky about cleanliness, and since I’m paying that much per night, I expect the room to be cleaned daily. They did a quick tidy every day because I asked, and I appreciated that.

Carrie was especially helpful when she got my company set up with a corporate account. She was professional and respectful. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the place is consistently clean and well maintained.

There were nine of us in our group, and after a long drive we were welcomed at the desk by Karan with a smile and complimentary beer. His customer service was top-notch. We had two rooms, one of them with a pet. Both were spacious, clean and quiet, with great beds, so we got a fantastic rest. The next morning’s complimentary breakfast had plenty of options. When we told the front desk that some items were running low, they restocked them promptly. The pool was clean and well maintained, too. Everyone was friendly and helpful, including housekeeping, who helped when I locked myself out and when I needed directions to the ice machine. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It’s one of the best I’ve stayed at, and worth stopping for in small town Alberta. We’ll be back. Keep up the great work!

The hotel itself was great, but around ten children were allowed to run up and down the halls at 8AM. That’s not okay. Manage your hotel.
