Breakfast was decent, and the room seemed okay at first, though it was clearly worn. Then I found a bug in the bathroom, and the shower curtain was very dirty. I’m not sure what the bug was, but I took a photo. There aren’t many accommodation options in Rimbey, so I booked here hoping for the best. Check-in itself went smoothly, but my key wouldn’t open the door. After four trips to the front desk to reset it, I was finally told I had to enter through the building to release the security lock. That would have been useful to know at check-in. I wasted 30 minutes figuring it out. I would not stay here again.

The hot breakfast options were a welcome extra, especially with an A&W attached. The building felt up to date, and our room was clean, with comfortable bedding and a good mattress.

We were there over the August long weekend. The continental breakfast was amazing, and the staff provided exceptional customer service. This was one of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at.

Someone had taken up both dryers at once, but the woman there let me use the hotel’s dryer. Amazing service, thanks again so much.

The pool was warm enough, and the hot tub was properly hot. We also liked being able to go straight out to the parking lot through the “motel” doors. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. We travel often, and this was one of the best places we’ve stayed. Couldn’t ask for anything else. 10/10 recommend.
