Best Western Rocky Mountain House Inn & Suites

There were 14 of us, eight adults and six toddlers, so the pool and hot tub felt cramped once we were all swimming. The breakfast could use more variety too. We stayed two nights and got the same meal both mornings, with scrambled eggs one day and egg bites the next. Still, we enjoyed our stay. The room had everything we might need, including things we could have forgotten, and the staff made the hotel feel welcoming. Reception even let our big family eat breakfast together in the conference room, which we really appreciated. The food was replenished quickly, and we'd recommend the hotel.

I wouldn't choose to stay here again. My interaction with the manager was extremely disappointing: the manager was rude and unprofessional, and the attitude and comments toward me felt racist and discriminatory. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome while dealing with management. Guests should feel respected and welcome, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously and improves its customer service and treatment of guests. I wouldn't actually give this any stars, but I had to select one to post the review.

We spent five nights here with the kids, and the hot tub and pool were a highlight. Breakfast was another favorite: there was a hot cooked meal every day, with eggs offered in a different style each morning, including scrambled, boiled, omelettes, or egg bites. The breakfast staff kept checking that everything was ready for other guests, and Sherilyn, if I have the spelling right, went above and beyond. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and we had a great experience. Thank you!

Karen at the front desk is a gem, and everyone we met was so friendly. Our dog was treated like a VIP, too. The hotel was spotless, the pool was just right for kids, and breakfast had gluten-free options. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.
