The beds were really comfortable, and the room was great. There was just one microwave in the hallway for several rooms to share. The front desk let me know they were short on ovens at the time. Front desk service was excellent.

At $240 a night, this was a letdown. The rooms and tiny bathrooms felt old and dirty, though at least the water was hot. The elevator was out, and nobody helped with our luggage upstairs. The AC barely worked, the mattresses and pillows were blah, and there was food under one bed. The pool was packed too. It’s a shame.

They were charging $180 for a basic room, with small bathrooms and just a shared microwave in the hall. The website didn’t mention that the restaurant and lobby bar were closed. I wouldn’t recommend this place, and the empty parking lot probably says something. The rooms themselves were basic.

We were on the 6th floor when we found out after checking in that the elevator was broken. It only went as far as the 4th floor, so we took the stairs for the last two floors. In the morning it couldn’t be called at all, and we had to walk down from the 6th floor. We decided to leave early because of the hassle, but the staff said we still had to pay for the rest of our stay because we hadn’t given 48 hours’ notice. Really poor customer service. I’ll be in this area often to see my client, but I won’t stay here again. The rooms cost too much for what you get, and the service was bad. Avoid the place and spend your money somewhere that values its customers.
