We had a quiet stay, with no outside noise getting into the room. The beds were comfortable, the real fireplace was great, and the staff were friendly. Check-in was easy, and my family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna. The rooms could use a few minor repairs.

From my room I could see the St Sauveur ski slopes, which looked beautiful at night. The rooms were clean, the service was good, and outside there’s a sauna and two heated pools. The only catch is heating the room with the fireplace: one log is free, then extra logs cost $5 each. A log lasts about an hour and a half, but once you fall asleep it’s fine, lol. I’ll definitely go back and recommend it.

We’ve come here for our ski trip for the past five years. It’s good value, family-friendly, and has ample parking. The location works really well, across from a supermarket and just a few minutes’ walk from the downtown shops. The heated pool, hot tub, and dry sauna stay open late, and robes are included. The rooms are set up with skiers in mind and have recently been renovated. The new, slightly more modern look is a bit less charming than the old wood panelling, but the layout is the same.

We’re back for our second winter stay and will definitely come again. It’s the best hotel we’ve found for value, very close to the slopes, with friendly staff. The winter spa experience is amazing, and there’s also a hot tub and fireplace in the room.

It’s a comfortable place to stay any time of year, whether you’re here for skiing or summer festivals. The new sauna and spacious outdoor pool are great for relaxing and recharging. It’s conveniently close to the ski piste, supermarket, and restaurants.
