I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and usually find it good overall, but this visit was the first time we waited almost an hour for breakfast. When we finally sat down, there was very little food and the service was poor. There seemed to be a lot fewer staff than in previous years. They should have more people working, especially during spring break when prices go up. I wouldn’t recommend breakfast. You’d be better off going to a local restaurant, where it’ll be quicker, better, and much cheaper.

The meeting rooms were thoughtfully laid out, with big windows and practical, comfortable sizes. The common spaces also have a warm, inviting lodge feel that seems authentically Québec. I spent a day here and immediately wished I’d booked a night. The restaurant serves chef-prepared food that feels like generous, elevated home cooking, refined without being overdone. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m looking forward to coming back for an overnight stay. Sandra

For a ski holiday, this is a pleasant hotel with good amenities: nice rooms, a pool and hot tub, and it’s generally clean. They’d set up an arcade for kids, which was great. Service at the bar and restaurant can be slow, and the elevators are a bit slow sometimes too. The food is average for a hotel, nothing special, but good enough for snacks and breakfast. For dinner, there are better restaurants in town.

The staff were friendly and always ready to accommodate requests or find a way to help. We had a great time, and the location is excellent: you can walk to the village, shops, and restaurants, and the slopes are only minutes away. I’ll definitely return at the first opportunity.

This was my second weekend at the Manoir, and it’s hard to say enough good things about the staff, food, and everything else. I came for my engagement, and the hotel worked with my now fiancé to arrange a lovely surprise with beautiful decorations that didn’t go over the top. We also treated ourselves to the spa and private thermal experience, which were both wonderful. We’re from Ottawa, and neither of us speaks French, which can make us feel a little embarrassed when we stay in Quebec. The staff were so friendly and nonjudgmental that it made an already incredible stay even better. The location is hard to beat, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.
