Holiday Inn Express & Suites St.Thomas by IHG

I usually stay with IHG and have had good experiences, so I expected the reliable brand to come through when I unexpectedly needed a room at a very early hour. There were rooms available, but the front desk person said there was no way to book one then, in person or through the app. He said it needed a manager’s permission and access code, and there was nothing he could do. I showed him the app was letting me book for the 30th-31st. He said it wouldn’t go through and would be rejected at the end, and that even if it worked, he couldn’t arrange an early check-in. So I’m sleeping in my car. Honestly, I didn’t expect IHG to let me down like this.

I’ve stayed at this Holiday Inn several times, and the staff have always been warm, welcoming, and friendly. They treat me like family, and the service is excellent. The rooms and the rest of the hotel are clean, spacious, and modern. Breakfast is delicious, too, with lots of choices. I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks to the staff for being so great!

Good value for money, with comfortable rooms that are a good size, great service, and a really nice breakfast. It’s handy having groceries, plenty of shops, and a movie theatre in the same complex. I’d definitely recommend it.

The stores nearby were a nice bonus, and the staff were friendly. I stayed one night and had a great time. It was very quiet, the breakfast was a proper meal, and the hot tub was perfect. There was an issue with a homeless person caught doing drugs outside the building, but staff handled it immediately. I’ll 100% come again.
