I’d return to Prestige Resort just because of the experience Molly gave me. The location has lovely views and the staff were polite, but Molly at the front desk stood out by far. I travel a lot and have stayed at resorts all over the world, yet I haven’t met anyone with her level of professionalism, kindness, and people skills. If she isn’t a manager already, I think the owners and management should consider her for that kind of role as soon as they can. It’s rare to meet someone who really gets it, and she’s one of those people. I hope life brings her all she deserves and wants.

Our room felt classy, clean, and relaxing. Sharmaine at reception greeted me right away with a lovely smile and was so friendly. Jennifer looked after us at breakfast and gave us great service too. You can tell the staff are trained to be both professional and warm. That says a lot about the skills at this beautiful hotel. Wishing you all the best, and I’ll definitely recommend the place. 🌟✨

We made good use of the facilities, from the indoor and outdoor pools to the outdoor hot tub and firepit, and also tried the spa. Our lake view suite was spotless, with an indoor spa bath, a huge rain shower, a fridge, and a coffee machine. The staff were friendly and efficient, and seemed genuinely interested in how our stay was going. BRIXX had a relaxed, casual feel, drinks on tap, and reasonably priced daily specials. We ate there twice. We also had sushi at the 1905 restaurant, which was great. It’s an impressive resort with lovely amenities and an amazing location, within walking distance of downtown.

Being able to leave the car parked and walk downtown for coffee, food, or a stroll by the lake was a real plus, especially on a work trip or a short getaway. The resort has a good restaurant on site too, and the food is genuinely good, not just good by hotel standards. My room was exceptionally clean and had nice amenities, while the pool was clean and well looked after. The lake views make you pause and look out the window for a while. The front desk team made a great first impression: friendly, efficient, and actually helpful. I was travelling with my dogs, and the pet room fee seemed fair. I appreciate a hotel that welcomes pets without making it feel like a cash grab. I’ve stayed at several Prestige properties over the years and usually had a good experience. This one kept up that standard, with excellent value for the location and amenities. One thing to know is that our room wasn’t serviced during the three days we were there. I could have asked for service and didn’t, so that’s partly on me, but people expecting daily service should keep it in mind. I’ll definitely return. It’s a solid stay in Salmon Arm, with great staff, clean rooms, useful amenities, lake views, and easy access to downtown.
