Fauld's Motel

We used to like staying here, so it was disappointing to leave thinking we won't come back. I’d requested an accessible room because walking is difficult for me, but there were no assistance devices or bathroom grab bars, which would have helped. When we arrived, the office was locked and nobody answered the bell or phone. Staff came after about 10 minutes, while it was -3 outside with strong winds. Later, our room was cold and we couldn't adjust the temperature. The room phone was dead, and the front desk still didn't answer, so I called on my cell. After a second call and another five-minute wait, someone brought us a space heater. I'm disabled, and walking isn't easy, so this was especially frustrating. We slept in long johns under our pajamas.

The room service was quick, courteous, and efficient, and the food was delicious. My room was spotless, with fresh linens, and it was clear the housekeeping team takes cleanliness seriously. It was a comfortable, well-kept stay with great service. I'd happily recommend this motel if you want somewhere clean and reliable.

Deep was so polite and made sure everything was taken care of. The room was clean, comfortable, and in good shape, and I had a great stay at Faulds Motel. Highly recommend it.

The guy running faulds motel made this a really comfortable stay. He sorted out everything right away and was so nice. Definitely recommend it if you're around sarnia and need somewhere to stop for a couple nights.
